Payment Terms​

 

A £400 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date. Optional instalment arrangements may be offered by prior agreement.

Payment Methods

 

​Payments can be made via Wise (preferred) or PayPal.

Full payment details will be shared once your place is confirmed.

Cancellation by the Organiser

​

In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons, all payments made will be fully refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of the cancellation notice.

The retreat will be confirmed no later than 6 weeks prior to the start date. The organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by guests, including flights, accommodation outside the retreat dates, or personal travel arrangements. Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance.

Cancellation by the Guest

Due to the intimate nature of the retreat and the advance planning required, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • A £400 deposit is required to secure your place and is non-refundable if you choose to cancel.

  • If cancellation is made more than 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

  • If cancellation is made within 8 weeks of the retreat start date, the full balance is non-refundable.

  • If the organiser is able to fill the cancelled space, a refund of payments made (minus the deposit) may be offered at the organiser’s discretion.

We strongly recommend that all guests take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including illness, travel disruption, or personal changes in plans.​​​​
