Retreat Flow
This retreat is designed with a gentle rhythm — balancing movement, nature, rest, and moments of deep nourishment. Rather than filling every hour, the days unfold with space to breathe, soften, and reconnect.
Below is a feel for how the week flows — a guide to the experience, not a rigid schedule. Everything is optional. You’re invited to participate fully, or step back and rest whenever you need.
How the Days Unfold

ARRIVE → SETTLE → OPEN
Arrive into a held space and be welcomed with a simple opening blessing.
The first days are about landing — gentle movement, nourishing meals, and time to settle into the land and group.
Mornings establish a steady rhythm; evenings may include candlelit Yin, sound, or quiet reflection, supporting deep rest.
EXPAND → EXPERIENCE → INTEGRATE
With a grounded base, practices naturally deepen.
We spend time immersed in nature, including a Munduk waterfall day, alongside longer flows and shared experiences that invite strength, clarity, and connection.
As the retreat draws to a close, practices slow and we gather for a closing ritual, supporting a gentle transition back into daily life.
