Your Daily Movement — Guided, Spacious, Yours

Most mornings — aside from our excursion day — begin quietly at the villa, with yoga as the sun rises and the day unfolds gently around us.

These morning practices are grounding and steady, designed to wake the body, clear the mind, and set a supportive rhythm for the day ahead. Movement is guided, intentional, and adaptable — always meeting you where you are.

As evening arrives, the pace softens. Practices shift into Yin, Restorative, or sound-based experiences, offering the nervous system space to settle and unwind. Some evenings are held in candlelight, either in nearby jungle shalas or within the villa itself, creating an atmosphere of stillness, warmth, and reflection.

One evening includes a sound bath experience in our rooted home for the week — a chance to rest deeply, receive, and let go.

Victoria will lead most classes, supported by a small selection of Indonesian guest teachers chosen for their presence, sensitivity, and ability to hold a calm, supportive space. Each facilitator brings their own depth, while remaining aligned with the retreat’s intention of simplicity, care, and connection.

The yoga is here for you.

You’re always welcome to join fully, to modify, or to rest. Participation is an invitation — never an obligation. Each day offers space to listen inward, respond honestly, and honour what your body and nervous system need in that moment.

No judgement.

No pressure.

Just presence, movement, and rest — in balance.
