A day of the retreat is spent immersed in Bali’s highlands — walking through fresh air, breathtaking waterfalls, and wild landscapes that naturally quiet the mind.
Leaving our worries behind, we travel north into Bali’s quieter highlands — where the air feels cooler and cleaner, villages move at a slower rhythm, and wide open views stretch across jungle and lake.
Munduk is a place that invites you to soften.
Here, nature does the work.
The day unfolds with a gentle journey through lush forest paths, passing clove trees and moss-covered stone, as we visit a series of wild waterfalls hidden within the jungle. A short, steady trek leads us from one cascade to the next — water falling freely, sound filling the space, the body naturally slowing as the mind settles.
There is no rush.
Just movement, breath, and the grounding presence of the earth beneath your feet.
Between waterfalls, there is time to pause, take in the surroundings, and simply be — allowing the body and mind to settle as nature quietly restores balance.
After the walk, we share lunch overlooking the hills — fresh food, open views, and space to rest and reconnect.
If the energy of the group allows, the afternoon may continue with a visit to the Twin Lakes, where mist often hangs low over the water, or to Pura Ulun Danu, a serene water temple dedicated to balance, flow, and harmony — offering a gentle cultural close to the day.
This experience isn’t about ticking off sights.
It’s about rooting down, breathing deeper, and remembering how it feels to move in rhythm with the natural world.
A day to reconnect — with nature, with presence, and with yourself.
